Client Management

Managing your clients in eMARCOTT is simple. Add their information once, and they'll have access to all their galleries in one place.

Adding Clients

  1. Navigate to Admin → Clients
  2. Click + Add Client
  3. Enter their details:
    • Name
    • Email (required for portal access)
    • Phone number
    • Company/brokerage
    • Notes (optional)
  4. Save

Client Portal Access

When you assign a gallery to a client, they automatically receive:

  • An email notification with a link to their portal
  • Access to view and download all media for that gallery
  • A branded property website they can share

Managing Client Information

From the Clients page, you can:

  • View all clients - See a list with search and filters
  • Edit details - Update contact information anytime
  • View galleries - See all galleries assigned to a client
  • Send reminders - Resend portal access emails

Tips for Client Management

  • Always use your client's business email for reliable delivery
  • Add the brokerage name for easy filtering later
  • Use notes to track preferences or special instructions
  • Clients can work with multiple photographers on eMARCOTT - they see all their galleries in one portal
