What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for subscription payments.

For Photographers

Can I have multiple team members?

Yes, Growth plan and above support multiple team member accounts. Each team member can have their own login with appropriate permissions.

Can clients see each other?

No, each client only sees their own listings and data. Client data is completely isolated for privacy.

How do payments work?

Connect your Stripe account to accept payments. Clients pay online through payment links, and funds transfer directly to your bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days).

What file formats are supported?

eMARCOTT supports:

• Photos: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP
• Videos: MP4, MOV
• Documents: PDF
• 3D Tours: Matterport, Zillow 3D, and other embed links

Is there a file size limit?

Individual files can be up to 500MB. Your total storage depends on your plan tier.

For Clients (Real Estate Agents)

Do I need to pay for access?

No, client portal access is completely free. Your photographer manages billing for their services.

Can I work with multiple photographers?

Yes, your dashboard shows listings from all photographers you work with who use eMARCOTT. You have one unified view of all your properties.

How long can I access my files?

File availability depends on your photographer's retention policy. Most photographers keep files available for 30-90 days after delivery. Contact your photographer directly for their specific policy.

Can I share the property website?

Yes! Property websites are designed to be shared. Use them on social media, in your MLS listings, or send directly to potential buyers.

What browsers are supported?

eMARCOTT works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience.

Is there a mobile app?

eMARCOTT is a web-based platform optimized for mobile browsers. There's no separate app to download - just visit the website from any device.
