Getting Set Up

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

After signing up, complete your business profile with your company name, logo, and contact information. This information appears on your client portal and property websites.

Step 2: Set Up Your Services

Configure the services you offer with pricing. eMARCOTT supports flat-rate packages, per-unit pricing, and service modifiers for things like rush delivery or twilight shoots.

Step 3: Add Your First Client

Add your clients with their contact information. When you assign a listing to a client, they automatically get access to their portal.

Step 4: Create Your First Listing

Create a property listing, upload your media, assign it to a client, and you're ready to deliver. Your client will receive an email notification with access to their portal.

Dashboard Overview

Your admin dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your business:

  • Active Listings - Properties currently being worked on
  • Recent Activity - Latest uploads, client views, and payments
  • Pending Invoices - Outstanding payments to follow up on
  • Quick Actions - One-click access to create listings, add clients, etc.
