Downloading Media

Once you have access to your gallery, downloading your media is quick and easy.

Download All

The fastest way to get all your files:

1. Open your gallery
2. Click Download All
3. A ZIP file will download with all your media
4. Extract the ZIP to access your files

Download by Category

Download specific media types:

1. Open your gallery
2. Navigate to the tab (Photos, Videos, Floor Plans, etc.)
3. Click Download All for that category

Download Individual Files

1. Open your gallery
2. Navigate to the media type
3. Hover over any file
4. Click the download icon

File Formats

• Photos: High-resolution JPEG
• Videos: MP4 (web-optimized)
• Floor Plans: JPEG or PDF
• Documents: PDF

Property Websites

Each gallery includes shareable property websites:

• Branded: Includes your photographer's branding
• Unbranded: Clean version for MLS and marketing

Click the link icons to copy the URL and share on social media or in your marketing.

How Long Are Files Available?

File availability depends on your photographer's retention policy. Contact your photographer directly if you need files after an extended period.
