Accessing Your Listings

Your photographer delivers your property media through eMARCOTT. Here's how to access your listings.

First Time Access

1. Check your email for an invitation from your photographer
2. Click the link in the email
3. Create a password for your account
4. You're now logged into your client portal

Returning Users

1. Go to the login page (your photographer will provide the URL)
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click Sign In

Forgot Your Password?

1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password"
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a reset link
4. Create a new password

What You'll See

Your client portal shows:

• All your listings - Every property your photographers have delivered
• Media counts - How many photos, videos, etc. for each listing
• Status - Whether media is ready for download
• Quick links - Direct access to property websites

Multiple Photographers

If you work with multiple photographers who use eMARCOTT, all your listings appear in one place. You don't need separate accounts for each photographer.
